So after we all changed our BIN tables to a Mastercard BIN range for Diners Card a few years we get this bit of news:

Discover Financial Services to Acquire Diners Club International Network

Discover is acquiring Diners Club from Citigroup. I suspect that there may be more BIN table changes in the future.

In OLS.Switch we have a simple configuration screen where we define Card BIN Ranges and an associated endpoint for where we switch transactions based on BIN.
